Membership

Although you don't have to be a member to browse my website and make any purchases you do if you want to review your order status and keep track of previous orders. By creating an account you will be able to shop faster and receive e-mails of shipping dates. For an account there are two details i need which are a shipping address for purchases and a working e-mail address incase i need to contact you. Any other information is not needed but you will have to fill it in due to the website requirements.

Payment

I accept Paypal and bank transfers to either English or Spanish banks. There is no other form of payment ie cash, cheque etc.

Paypal is the easiest method. It is instant and more and more online websites are now accepting them. This is the safest method and Paypal offers you some form of protection on purchases over the internet.

If you decide to pay via bank transfer order first and then e-mail me for details. You can also leave this information where the website states ( add coments about your order.)

Shipping - Postage.

After your payment has cleared i will send by normal airmail. Please allow 5-18 days with 7-8 days the average.You have the option to buy insurance where you will have to sign for it on receipt. I am not responsible for items lost or stolen without insurance. This is free on orders above 30GBP.

For large orders of 8 or more in most cases a discount is available and i will ship by E.M.S which is an express shipping company with online tracking and varies from 3-6 days.

Order History.

First you will need to login and then click ( account history ) The history or status of your orders will now be shown and there are four stages which are as follows.

Order to be accepted - Your order has been received and is waiting to be processed. If Update information is showing then i am out of stock, waiting for payment or there is some form of missing information i.e printing name and number etc. If i am out of stock i will try to purchase more which can take 1-2 days. If i am unable to obtain more stock i will contact you within 2 working days where i will refund you or keep you informed with any delays that might occur.

Processing - I have received your order with payment and now waiting for items to be returned from the printers or for the post office to open.

Shipped / Posted. - Your item(s) have been posted.

Sent money request - I have sent you a money request via Paypal to complete the order.
