After receipt of payment all orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days. I will contact you if there is a problem and a refund or new date of shipment will be e-mailed to you. Postage times vary from 5-18 days with 7-9 days the average. On very rare occasions times can be as long as 3-4 weeks but this is due to customs in your country ( France, Spain, Italy.)
